UPRISE FESTIVAL
September 18th, 2010 at the Shippensburg, Fairgrounds in Shippensburg, Pa located off of 1-81 in south central Pa.
ALCOHOL & DRUGS
No alcohol, illegal drugs, firearms, weapons, or any item that resembles a weapon or firearm, fireworks or pets (except registered canines for the vision impaired) are allowed on the festival grounds. Paintball guns are only permitted in the paintball area, and to and from vehicles. Laser pointers are also prohibited at all stages and seminars. Items will be confiscated and will not be returned. Violators may be removed from the festival grounds without a refund. Any illegal activity will be reported to the proper authorities.
ANIMALS
No animals are allowed on the fairgrounds; anyone caught violating this rule will be asked to leave the fairground.
CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES
Flash photography is permitted. Unauthorized video cameras, tape recorders, and professional camera equipment are strictly prohibited at any of the stage areas or seminars. If you wish to be considered as Press, please contact our offices prior to the event for more information.
CARRY-INS
All Uprise Festival attendees are permitted to carry-in food, drinks, coolers, blankets, lawnchairs, and the like. There are food vendors available on the festival grounds if desired.

NORTH on I-81...
Turn RIGHT onto EXIT 24 NORTH.
Turn LEFT onto OLDE SCOTLAND ROAD WEST.
At the END of OLDE SCOTLAND ROAD turn LEFT onto FAYETTE STREET SOUTH.
Turn LEFT onto W GARFIELD STREET EAST.
Continue STRAIGHT into the SHIPPENSBURG FAIRGROUNDS via GATE 1.
SOUTH on I-81...
Turn RIGHT onto EXIT 24 SOUTH.
Turn RIGHT onto OLDE SCOTLAND ROAD WEST.

DISTRIBUTION and SELLING ITEMS
No selling of products, services, tickets, or the distribution of any information will be allowed on the festival grounds without prior written approval from Uprise Festival. Visit our Vendor Page or contact our offices if you are interested in being an Uprise Festival Vendor (Food, Merchandise or Literature).

If you are in need of lodging we suggest Country Inn and Suites, one of the many sponsors of the Uprise Festival 2010.

LOST and FOUND
All lost and found items should be taken to, or retrieved from the Festival Office. Items that are not retrieved by the end of the event will be thrown away.

For posters, radio ads, and more... click on our Media page. If you would like a hard copy of our poster or palmcards, please contact our office and we'd be more than happy to mail you that information.
MOTORIZED CARTS & SCOOTERS
Motorized scooters and mopeds (except those needed for medical assistance) are not allowed on the festival grounds. Uprise Festival reserves the right to confiscate the above vehicles until the end of the festival. Unauthorized quad runners/four wheelers and golf carts are strictly prohibited on the grounds.
PARKING
All Uprise Festival attendees will need to enter the festival grounds via GATE 1. Upon your arrival, you will need to proceed through Admissions at the Ticket Booth at which time you will either need to purchase your ticket to receive a wristband or hand in your ticket to receive a wristband.
SHOWCASE
Local talent will be proforming on our Roxtreme Stage. For more information about Roxtreme or the band showcase check out our Showcase page.

TICKETS
Tickets can be purchased via ShopUprise.com, itickets.com, Lifeway Christian Stores in Chambersburg and Hagerstown or at the gate. Uprise Festival tickets are $30 in advance and receive a free t-shirt (purchased before September 1st) and $30 at the gate and no free t-shirt. There are no group rates. All children under the age of 6 get in for free.
TRASH and LITTER
Please help keep the festival grounds clean by picking up any trash that you spot and deposit it in the nearest trash can. Please report any overflowing trash cans to the main office.
